How do I place an order?
Click on the Store tab to access the online Spaz Cat store. Create your shopping cart. We accept all major credit cards that are accepted with Google Checkout. When you are finished view shopping cart and proceed to processing the order. The customer has 5 business days (excluding Sunday) to make full payment on an order before it is canceled.
Please allow the processing time noted on the item page. Since items are handmade (unless noted otherwise) they all have specific production time to create the items. Once order is created and payment is received the production time starts. An email will be sent to specify when order is complete. Additional shipping time will also need to be added once order is placed, payed for and after production time complete.

Hours of Operation
Spaz Cat is located and works under Pacific Time. We are located in California expect email to be processed during normal Monday-Friday 9AM-5Pm business hours. Orders will be processed and shipped excluding Sundays.
Spaz Cat Items
All items in the Spaz Cat store are handmade by a seamstress, Desiree (unless otherwise noted). Please allow enough time to complete when ordering. Most handmade items take at least one week to complete. Peak business times will increase production time. Please allow enough time prior to your event to compensate. In the item description a production time estimate is included. This notes how long it will take to complete each individual item.
Processing Time, Production Time, Shipping Time
Processing Time: The customer has 5 business days (excluding Sunday) to make full payment on an order before it is canceled. The longer the customer takes to pay for orders, the longer it takes before an order is started to be made. If you are on a time budge please pay immediately. Once payment clears Spaz Cat will start on Production.
Production Time: Each item has an estimated construction time called Production Time. Please allow enough time for your ordered item(s) to be made by hand. On each item's page has an estimated production time included.
Shipping Time: The amount of time it takes for the item to get to the customer once it has been dropped off in the mail. This occurs after production of items has been completed. Only five items are shipped in a box. Customer may choose different shipping options. Items are shipped from San Marcos, CA. Customer's are responsible to pay for purchase insurance if they want it. All items are shipped with care and detail securely packaged. You will receive an invoice for your order. Please request via email to save on paper. Spaz Cat is not responsible for packages once in the care of USPS.

Order Status
To check the status of an order please email us at: [email protected]. Please note emails are answered in the order received and expected to take 1 business day to respond. During peak seasons allow longer time.
Sales Tax
Spaz Cat charges .0875% tax to all California customers. (Unless a customer is located in Vista, La Mesa, El Cajon, or National City then different tax applies to events where sales occur in person.) Sales to customers outside of California will not pay tax. At this time Spaz Cat does not offer sales to customers outside of the U.S.
Shipping Policy
*Spaz Cat uses USPS Priority Mail Flat rate, $6.00 estimated 2-3 days shipping time. If more items are
ordered that require more than one box a new fee will be required. For expedited orders USPS Express Mail
starts at $21.00, estimated at overnight or 1 day shipping time.
*If ordered only through Google Check Out, shipping with USPS is based on zip code.
*All orders are shipped together unless requested otherwise. Please mention in "notes" or email Spaz Cat if
you want items to be shipped separately or to a different address. Additional shipping charges will apply.
*If a customer orders more than 5 products to be shipped within one order they will need to pay an
additional $6.00 shipping rate for each quantity of 5 products ordered in one complete shipment. This is
because due to packaging material and safety of items purchased Spaz Cat does not want to over stuff a
box to be shipped. So only 5 items will be shipped in one box. Email [email protected] if you are

Undeliverable & Refused Packages
If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proof read your order before finalizing.
Canceling/Changing Orders
Orders can be changed or canceled prior to payment being received. Within the 5 day processing time an order can be changed/canceled you will need to email: [email protected] with your order information. Once an order is processed with payment there are no canceling or changing orders. If order payment is not received within 5 business days (excluding Sundays) once order was sent in an order will immediately be canceled by default.
Return Policy / Refund
Returns are NOT accepted for any reasons due to hygiene. All sales are final once payment is received, no exceptions. Spaz Cat is not liable or responsible for any injuries, illness, or harm that may be caused from any products sold or associated with Spaz Cat. All items cannot be returned.
Inaccuracy Disclaimer
From time to time there may be information on our Web site or in our product fliers that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Spaz Cat reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Shipping Times
Most orders usually ship by the end of the business day. Production time needs to be taken into account if 1 day delivery is requested. We ship to U.S. states only. See above for Shipping Information.
Measurements
It is the customer's responsibility to measure themselves for an accurate fit. Use measurements included on each item's page. Any clothing measurements are based on average scale. All measurements must be approved prior to submitting payment, if any changes are needed. Since all sales are final once payment is received.
Pictures on website
By submitting a picture of you wearing a product of Spaz Cat you are allowing Spaz Cat to display the picture(s) on this site, and other related Spaz Cat sites, in light of promoting the item(s). If we would like to use your picture for an event or other related site material, you will be contacted for your permission. Please Note: Spaz Cat is not responsible for picture theft, alternations, or any problems that may or may not arise from your picture use. If you discover a stolen Spaz Cat picture please email: [email protected].

Spaz Cat ideas or designs. Legal actions will be taken if any violations occur.
*Spaz Cat doe not own licensed material or characters. Spaz Cat is only the owner of her services, skills, and
creative design as a seamstress. If you care the original owner of any licensed material or character and
would like a product to be removed, Spaz Cat would be obligated happily.

Unappropriate/Unconduct Behavior
Should a customer harass, disrespect, stalk, assault, display hostile, or demeaning manner; Spaz Cat reserves the right to refuse service. If the project has not been started, Spaz Cat, will refund the money and the customer will be placed on the blacklist. If the project is in progress, all completed items will be shipped and the customer will be placed on the blacklist, unable to make any future orders with Spaz Cat.
Official Spokes-cat of Spaz Cat: Sammy
Sammy is the official Spaz Cat spokes-cat. He gives his approval to only certain items that are his favorite. Since he is a very playful kitty cat, he knows what he likes, this is his opinion of what other kitty cats might like. Look for a special *Sammy Approved, at the bottom of an item's page. Since Sammy is just a kitty cat, his marked approval of items is all in fun and not intended to make Spaz Cat liable for any products that a cat does not actually like.
Official Model of Spaz Cat Items: Minnie Bella
Minnie Bella is the official model of Spaz Cat items. She loves to give her approval of new items from Spaz Cat. Minnie Bella loves to model and have her pictures taken of her trying out her own personal Spaz Cat items. She is a girlie girl who is full of energy. Since Minnie Bella is just a kitty cat like Sammy, her modeling or approval of items is all in fun and not intended to make Spaz Cat liable for any products that a cat does not actually like.
